Kings Road Claims

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you search for unclaimed property, submit a contact request, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, state(s) of residence, and other information relevant to locating and recovering unclaimed property held in your name.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to research potential unclaimed property matches, communicate with you about your claim, and prepare any filings you authorize. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Information is shared with state agencies (such as the California State Controller's Office) and mail/print vendors only as required to file and process a claim you have authorized.

Text Messaging (SMS)

Kings Road Claims uses text messaging only to respond to people who contact us first. If you text our phone number — for example, the number printed on a letter we mailed to you — your inbound message is treated as your consent for us to reply by text about your unclaimed property inquiry. We do not send automated, promotional, or unsolicited text messages, and we do not text anyone who has not first messaged us.

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. You can also email us at [email protected] or call (213) 444-2341.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging opt-in and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Phone numbers are used only to communicate with you about your inquiry and any claim you authorize, and are disclosed to service providers (such as our messaging provider) solely to deliver those communications.
